Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the My Diary iOS mobile application (the "Service").

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the My Diary app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the app.

You must not misuse the app by introducing viruses or other malicious code or by attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app, its server, or any connected database.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of 9D Technologies.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the app without express written permission.

3. User Content

My Diary allows you to store personal text, media, and notes locally on your device. We do not access, store, or back up your private content unless explicitly stated and approved by you (e.g., cloud sync features if added in the future).

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share within the app.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The app integrates certain third-party libraries and SDKs (such as Firebase, Lottie, DGCharts, FSCalendar, SwiftSoup) for performance, analytics, and UI enhancements. Your use of the app implies acceptance of the terms and privacy policies of these third parties.

6. In-App Purchases

My Diary may offer optional in-app purchases for premium features. All payments are handled securely via the App Store. We do not process or store your payment details.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall 9D Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms within the app or on the relevant store listing. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
